Shipping and Delivery Policy for orders within India

1. We offer shipping all across India.
2. Shipping cost is calculated as per product weight.
3. Shipping charges can be confirmed with our team. You can call us or write us a mail.
4. Our domestic shipping partners are Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.
5. Domestic Orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed by you for delivery.

Shipping and Delivery Policy for International Orders ( USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc)

1. International shipping rates depends on the country and the product weight. Every country has different shipping rates according to the product weight.
2. Shipping charges can be confirmed with our team. You can call us or write us a mail.
3. Custom and import duty is customer's responsibility.
4. International shipping takes 8-15 working days to deliver.

Order Status and Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and packing and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Delays

We try to ship all the orders within 24 hours from the time of confirmation but in case of any delay due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, etc., we do keep you informed about the status.

Cancellations

Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
